He has been on the Board of Directors of Universal Muslim Association of America, UMAA, since it’s inception in 2002 and served as its President from 2007 thru 2010. Currently he is the Senior Vice President of UMAA. He is also the US liaison for Tanzeem ul Makateb of Lucknow, India. He is one of the founding Trustee members of Sadiq School and serves as its chairman.
Dr. Kharazi is a founding member of Sadiq School and has led the efforts for the construction of the Sadiq School building. He retired in 2013 and has dedicated his time fully to Masjid-e-Ali, where he serves as one of the directors, and construction and start of Sadiq School. In addition, he was a chief administrator of weekend Jafaria school for 7 years.
Mrs. Kharazi is a certified school nurse and worked for Franklin Township Schools before retiring in 2022. She volunteers as a Sadiq School nurse and guidance counselor. She was a member of the Masjid-e-Ali Executive Committee and is one of the founding members of Sadiq School.
